Stephen has worked in the insurance business for 32 years and has been the owner of Payne & Brown for 22 years. Columbus Business First recognized him as one of the “20 People you want to know in Insurance”.

Stephen is a graduate of Otterbein College (class of 1987). He is a member of St. Paul Catholic Church. Previously, Stephen has served as president of the Rotary Club of Westerville (2006-2007) and chairman of the board for the Westerville Area Resource Ministry. He is the current chairman of the board for Ohio Insurance Agents Association.

When not working, Stephen’s hobbies are boating, listening to music, watching college volleyball and going on vacation with his family. He is the father of four daughters.
